Also fill out and email/mail the Guest Risk Agreement.
If applicable please complete the Sponsorship Application Form. Sponsorship Forms will be reviewed. You will be contacted regarding approval.

PAYMENT: Must be made IN FULL within 1 week of your Registration being CONFIRMED. MONEY ORDER, BANK DRAFT, CASH, CHEQUE OR CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. Please make

CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund if canceled 7 days in advance of reservation, 50% refund if less than 7 days.
CLEANING/DAMAGE POLICY: cleaning supplies are provided. Please return your cabin to the clean condition in which you found it at the time of check in. In the event your cabin is not returned to the same condition found at check in, your credit card will be charged at $100 for housekeeping to clean it.
OPTIONAL CLEANING FEE: A $100 fee can be paid when making your reservation to cover cleaning costs if you do not want to clean your cabin upon check out. This fee must be paid prior to checking in.
